I’ll never get bored in Singapore’s Changi International Airport. Well, it’s not just because there’s plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and other entertainment. It’s the Internet access ! You can check important emails from colleagues and get the job done. Or you can just blogging, like I’m doing right now.
I am on my way to India, attending a APAC Press Tour held by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). I’ll visit Mumbai (fomerly Bombay) and Chennai (formerly Madras) until this Thursday. Everything was coordinated from TCS’ PR agency in Singapore, and I’m the only one representing Indonesian business press. It will take another four and a half hours until my next flight to Mumbai. So there’s plenty I can do.
Promptly as I arrived at the gate, I noticed a section with six free Internet kiosk. Sure I bring my laptop, but its a little bit hassle compared to the instant free Internet access. My laptop is getting old, it will take minutes to load and minutes more to connect to Wi-Fi.
You bet, I can’t wait another longer to try them on. I’ve checked my emails, replied important ones on the development progress of Bisnis Indonesia website that need my decision. Too bad they limited access only 15 minutes per sessions, so I have to logout and re-login.
I’ve done my work, done with blogging. I guess shopping goes next, or maybe eat, take a shower ? Buy a book ? Dunno yet….

where’s the souvenir then?….
hehehe
